Terms of Service

Effective June 21, 2026

01 — Acceptance

These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of dorvelon.com (the “Site”), operated by AI Governance Architecture & Training Partners LLC, a Texas limited liability company doing business as Dorvelon (“Dorvelon,” “we,” “us”). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

02 — Informational Purpose

The Site describes Dorvelon's advisory practice and is provided for general informational purposes only. Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, regulatory, accounting, audit, or investment advice, and no advisor-client relationship is formed by your use of the Site or by submitting an inquiry.

03 — Diagnostic and Benchmark Limitations

Any diagnostic portals, maturity assessments, or benchmarking tools provided on the Site generate aggregate triage signals based on proprietary scoring logic, weighting, and classification models. These outputs are trade secrets of Dorvelon. They do not constitute a formal audit, conformity assessment, legal opinion, or regulatory determination, and institutions may not rely upon them as such without an executed Statement of Work.

04 — Engagement Terms

Advisory engagements are governed exclusively by a separately executed engagement letter and any associated statements of work. Those documents control over these Terms with respect to any paid engagement, including scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, intellectual property, and warranties.

05 — Intellectual Property

The Site, including its text, graphics, logos, brand marks (including Dorvelon™ and the AI Brake Architecture™), code, and organization, is owned by Dorvelon or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may view and print pages for your personal, non-commercial reference. All other use, reproduction, redistribution, scraping, or training of machine learning systems on the Site's contents requires our prior written consent.

06 — Permitted Use

You agree not to (a) use the Site in any unlawful manner or in violation of these Terms; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access to any portion of the Site or its underlying infrastructure; (c) interfere with or disrupt the Site's availability; (d) use automated means to harvest information from the Site beyond what is permitted by our robots policy; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation when contacting us.

07 — Third-Party Infrastructure and Services

The Site utilizes third-party enterprise infrastructure to facilitate scheduling, event registration, and secure diagnostic portals. Dorvelon is not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of these external platforms, and your interaction with them is governed by their respective terms.

08 — No Warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, accuracy, or availability. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

09 — Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dorvelon and its principals, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to your use of the Site, whether based on contract, tort, statute, or any other legal theory. Liability for paid engagements is governed by the applicable engagement letter.

10 — Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Dorvelon and its principals, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable legal fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your use of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

11 — Confidential Information

Do not transmit confidential, privileged, regulated, or institutionally sensitive information through the public contact or scheduling channels on the Site. Secure channels for engagement materials will be established at engagement onset.

12 — Governing Law and Venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Site shall be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in that jurisdiction, and you consent to personal jurisdiction and venue there.

13 — Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by an updated effective date at the top of this page. Your continued use of the Site after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14 — Contact

Questions about these Terms may be directed to Dorvelon via the consultation channel listed on this site.

These Terms are provided for informational purposes and are not legal advice. Engagement-specific terms control over these Terms for any paid engagement.
